A: Yes. This may be extra charged depending on quantity, printing colour and size (usually from free charge to US$150). You may send us high resolution artwork in JPG, PDF or PSD.
 
Q: Can you make my own design? 
A: Yes. You can send us your own design photos with detail requirements, then we will send you drawings for confirmation before production. 

Q: How do I pay? 
A: Pay by T/T(Wire Transfer), Western Union or MoneyGram. 30%-50% deposit, balance after finishing production, before shipment.

Q: How could I shipping the goods?
A: By Express(DHL,UPS,FedEx, etc.), By Air or By Sea according to your order quantity.

Q: What included in products?
A: Repair Kit(Same material and gule), Blower( CE 220v-240v/UL 110v-120v).

Q: Do you have any warranty for your products? How can I do in case it get damaged?
A: 2 years' limited warranty. It's long distance to ship goods back, so we send repair kit for every inflatable product. If it is damaged, you can use repair kit (glue and same color material) to repair, and we are happy to guide you through if there's any problem.
 
Q: What't the difference between PVC vinly and PVC tarpaulin?
A: PVC vinyl is more durable, more thicker and more shinning than PVC tarpaulin,and the performance to print the logo are more perfect.
